Essentially, for a fixed fee, the service provides for an
engineer to visit on-site within a specified time-frame of a
fault being reported. A menu of service options enables us
to offer you a service customized to meet your specific
business needs and delivered to a predefined Service Level
Agreement (SLA).
You can select response and fix timescales appropriate to
the criticality of your equipment, and can vary these by
hardware type, location or by specific pieces of equipment.
Additionally, you can opt for fully comprehensive, call
limited or service credit contracts. We provide support 24 x
7 and where applicable, can also provide permanent on-site
maintenance engineers.

Note: Equipment must be in full working order when it
is registered under maintenance programs. If your computer
or printer is already faulty, you should contact an
appropriate dealer to arrange a repair. This service is not
